Tina Dochniak, DNP, ARNP is a Board Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a Bachelor in Science in Nursing, a Master of Science in Nursing (Family Medicine) and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Florida Atlantic University.

Tina has been practicing as an advanced nurse practitioner since 2003 at JFK Emergency Department, Palms West Emergency Department as well as in several private medical practices in Wellington, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach.

In 2015 Tina opened Ideal Family Practice with Stephanie Wise, ARNP.  Together they are committed to providing excellent patient care and education to help patients take charge of their health and live the most active life possible.

Tina is an alumni of The Kings Academy in West Palm Beach. She is active in Christ Fellowship and volunteers for numerous projects supported by The Kings Academy and her church.

Tina is certified in ACLS, PALS and BLS.

stephanieStephanie Wise, ARNP

Stephanie Wise, ARNP is a Board Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a Bachelor in Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing (Family Medicine) from Florida Atlantic University.

Stephanie as been practicing as an advanced nurse practitioner since 2011.  She has worked as a hospitalist providing direct care and management of acutely ill patients.  She has also worked in several urgent care  and primary care facilities as well as in several local emergency departments including Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center and Palms West Hospital.

In 2015 Stephanie joined with Tina Dochniak, DNP, ARNP to open Ideal Family Practice.  Together they combine their love of medicine and their vision to provide quick access, patient focused care for those experiencing urgent care issues  or requiring chronic disease management and improving overall wellness.

Stephanie is a member of the Nurse Practitioner Council of Palm Beach County and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  She is certified in ACLS, BLS and EKG.

Kristen D. Beauchesne, ARNP, MSN, NP-C

Kristen D.Beauschesne, ARNP, MSN, NP-C is a Board Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a Bacheolor in Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing (Family Medicine) from Florida Atlantic Univeristy in Boca Raton, Florida.

Kristen has practicing as an advanced nurse practioner in the field of family medicine since 2012.  Kristen has preceptored many nurse practitioner students from FAU, South University and Kaplan Univeristy.  She enjoys teaching her collegues as well as taking the time to educate her patients on their conditions and help them improve their qualtihy of health and well-being.   Prior to becoming an ARNP, Kristen worked as a registered nurse at Jupiter Medical Center.

Kristen has her certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support.  She is a member of the Golden Key International Honours Society, the Florida Nurses Association, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the South Florida Council of Advanced Nurse practitioners.

Susan Solomon-Grimes, ARNP, FNP-C

Susan Solomon-Grimes, ARNP, FNP-C is a Board Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a Bachelor in Science in Nursing from Columbia University, New York, NY, and a Masters in Nursing from New York University, New York, NY. She received her Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner degree from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida in family medicine.

Susan has been practicing as an advanced nurse practitioner since 1999 in primary care medicine.   Susan believes that “man is greater than the sum of his parts”.  A person must be seen in their entirety and that health is rooted in the basic concept of wholeness of life.  Susan practices with thoughtful attention to mind, body and spirit.

Susan has been published in the Journal of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Journal of Enterostomal Therapy.  She is a member of the American Nurses Association, Nurse Practitioner Council of Palm Beach County, Florida Nurse Practitioner Network, Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society and Columbia University School of Nursing Alumni Association.
